Heavy heart, you want to cry
Gazing into the black night sky
Constant stars of cold white light
Of distant fire burning bright
Mind is tired, body weak
Watch all night for the moon to peak
What is this pain you want to know
Gaze up above from down below
Alone you shiver from the cold
Watch moon of silver, stars so bold
Hands of ivory touch your skin
You're startled into a silly grin
Mind grows distant, weak in the knees
A moonlit visit from Nunkies
He offers his arm for a midnight walk
Beneath the moon's gentle watch
Quiet path, alone with him
Thoughts are banished of all things grim
Mind is swirling in blissful mist
Nunkies is more than you ever could wish
Heart is soaring, mind is high
You notice the sun's light touching the sky
He guides you home and helps you to bed
He was going to go, but has to stay instead
Mind if he snuggles beside you in bed?
