Microwave on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, egg yolks, cream, mustard, salt and Tabasco. Microwave on High 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds. Beat with a wire wisk until smooth. Sauce can be reheated on High 1 minute.
